I met Katka and Jack on their maternity photo shoot on Balmoral beach a few months ago. These lovely parents were expecting a baby girl Mia. I was honoured when they asked me to capture their next milestone in life. So they came back on the same beautiful location in Mosman but this time with little Mia and their closest family members

I received a message from Katka just a few moments before our photo session that Mia was in a “wonderful mood”. I thought to myself… it’s not going to be an easy photo shoot. Luckily, I was wrong and Mia was astonishingly well prepared and she even showed us a heartwarming smile.

Sydney is currently experiencing many rainy days so I was a little bit worried about the weather conditions during the sunset photo session, especially this was the last opportunity for the family photo session before Katka’s mum going back to the Czech Republic. Fortunately, it was the only sunny evening in that week so I could capture the beautiful sunset. And I love Australian sunsets!
